Ryan is extremely talented and undoubtedly deserves this recognition. He is a much-loved member of the team and we are grateful for his contribution to our continued success.
Ryan joined the team late last year after an outstanding career enjoying some of the best kitchens in the world, more recently Executive Chef at ELY wine bars & restaurants in Dublin.
Ryan is excited about a busy Christmas period and is keen to inject even more of his style into the fabric of James St.
